Where does my customer data live?
On Enterprise, in a dedicated orchestrator pod in the region you specify (US or EU on the roadmap). On shared plans, in our managed multi-tenant infrastructure with row-level org isolation.
Can I require human handoff for any class of call?
Yes. Hand-off is a node in the flow, configurable by intent, by caller risk, by amount, or by anything else you can compute in the agent's tool layer.
Do you record calls for compliance?
Recording is in development today and on the roadmap for general availability. Until then, full transcripts are persisted on every plan.
How do you handle PCI scope?
Renggo's reference architecture is designed to keep card data out of the orchestrator: caller pauses the agent, enters the PAN via DTMF that flows directly to your PCI-compliant terminal, and the agent resumes after.
What's the latency, end to end?
Sub-second turn-taking on Gemini Live in our reference deployments. Final number depends on Twilio region, your tool latency, and whether you're on shared or dedicated infrastructure.
