1. About these terms
These terms of service ("Terms") form an agreement between Renggo Labs OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17327722), Liivalaia tn 26-32, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10118 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia ("Renggo", "we", "us") and the organisation that creates an account or signs an order form with us ("Customer", "you").
Renggo is offered to businesses and public bodies only, not to consumers. By creating an account, accepting an order form or using the services, you accept these Terms. The person who accepts them confirms that they have authority to bind the Customer.
If you sign an order form with us, it is part of this agreement. Where documents conflict, the order form comes first, then the Data processing agreement, then these Terms.
2. The services
Renggo provides a platform for building and running AI agents that handle conversations with your customers over phone calls, website chat, Telegram and WhatsApp, and email when it launches, together with the dashboard, flow builder, APIs, integrations and support that go with it (the "Services").
We describe the current features on our website and in our documentation. We keep developing the Services and may change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature that is material to how you use the Services, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible. Features marked as "coming soon", preview or beta are provided as they are and may change or end.
3. Accounts and access
- Give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- Keep passwords and API keys secret, and give access only to your own staff and contractors who need it, using the roles the platform offers (admin, member, read-only viewer).
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@renggo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may contact the account's admins about the Services, security and billing.
4. Acceptable use
You will use the Services lawfully and in line with these Terms. In particular, you will not:
- make calls or send messages that break telemarketing, anti-spam, consumer protection or communications rules, or contact people who have not agreed to it where their consent is required;
- record calls or process conversations without giving the notices and obtaining the consents that apply where you and your callers are;
- hide that callers are talking to an AI agent where the law requires you to tell them, or use the Services to impersonate a person or organisation, or to deceive;
- use the Services for emergency services or for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without appropriate human oversight;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights or contains malware;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the Services, get around usage limits, or reverse engineer them except where the law allows it;
- resell the Services or give third parties access to them unless we have agreed to it in writing.
You are responsible for the content of your agents' prompts, knowledge bases and flows, and for the use your end users make of them.
5. Fees and payment
Unless you have an Enterprise contract, the Services are paid as you go: you pay for usage, such as voice minutes or conversations, at the rates on our pricing page or in the platform at the time of use. Every account gets every feature. New accounts may receive free starting credit, as described on the pricing page.
Enterprise customers pay as set out in their order form, which can include contract billing, committed volumes and dedicated infrastructure.
- Prices are shown without VAT and other taxes, which are added where they apply.
- Some third parties bill you directly, for example your telephony provider (such as Twilio) for numbers and call minutes, or your model provider when you use your own keys. Those charges are between you and them.
- We may change our pay-as-you-go rates for the future by updating the pricing page or telling you in the platform. Usage after the change is charged at the new rates.
- If an amount you owe is overdue, we may charge late payment interest as Estonian law allows and, after notice, suspend the Services until it is paid.
6. Customer data and data protection
"Customer Data" means the content you and your end users put into the Services: prompts, knowledge bases, flows, conversation transcripts, recordings, extracted variables and contact details. You keep all rights to Customer Data. You give us the right to host, process and transmit it only to provide, secure and support the Services and as the law requires.
Where Customer Data includes personal data, we process it as your processor under our Data processing agreement, which is part of these Terms. You are responsible for having a legal basis for the processing, for giving the required notices to your end users, and for the settings you choose, such as whether calls are recorded.
You can export your conversation records (for example as CSV or JSON) while your account is active. After the agreement ends, we delete Customer Data as described in the Data processing agreement.
7. AI-generated output
Your agents produce answers and take actions with AI models, based on how you configure them: their instructions, flows, knowledge bases, connected systems and the model and voice engines you choose.
- AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate, even when the agent is well configured. You are responsible for configuring, testing and monitoring your agents, and for checking output before relying on it for important decisions.
- The Services let you hand conversations over to people, for example by transferring a call with a spoken briefing or passing a chat on with a summary. You decide when a conversation should reach a person, and we recommend offering a way to reach one.
- Output is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial or similar) from Renggo.
- As between us, you own your agents' output, subject to the terms of the model provider you use.
8. Third-party services
The Services work with services we do not control: telephony providers (for example Twilio numbers, SIP trunks and PBX systems), messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp), AI model and speech providers, and systems you connect through APIs, OpenAPI or MCP. When you connect them, their own terms apply between you and them, and you are responsible for having the accounts and permissions they require.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or changes they make, and the Services may depend on them working. Where you use your own provider keys (BYOK), those providers process data under your agreement with them.
9. Intellectual property
Renggo and its licensors own the Services, the software, documentation and our brand, including all improvements. These Terms give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own business during the agreement; they do not transfer any intellectual property to you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business and technical information confidential, use it only for this agreement and share it only with people who need it and are bound by similar duties. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public without a breach, was already known, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law (with notice to the other party where allowed). These duties continue for 5 years after the agreement ends, and for trade secrets as long as they remain secret.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available": we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate, or that the Services will meet requirements we have not agreed to in writing.
12. Limitation of liability
- Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data (other than our duty to restore data from available backups), even if it was foreseeable.
- Each party's total liability arising from or related to this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees the Customer paid or owed to Renggo for the Services in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
- These limits do not apply to the Customer's payment obligations, to a breach of the acceptable use rules, or to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional breach or gross negligence.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time; Enterprise contracts end as set out in the order form. Either party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 30 days of written notice.
We may suspend all or part of the Services immediately if it is needed to prevent harm to the Services, other customers or third parties, if your use breaks the law or the acceptable use rules, or if payment is overdue after notice. We limit any suspension to what is necessary and restore the Services once the reason is resolved.
When the agreement ends, your right to use the Services ends, you pay for usage up to that date, and the sections that by their nature should continue (such as fees owed, confidentiality, liability and governing law) remain in effect.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We publish the new version on this page with a new date. For material changes we give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the platform; if you do not agree, you can stop using the Services before the change takes effect. Changes required by law may apply sooner. Enterprise order forms are changed only in writing.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are decided by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory law says otherwise. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking to each other.
16. General
- This agreement is the whole agreement between the parties about the Services and replaces earlier discussions about them.
- Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- You may not transfer the agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a company that takes over our business, with notice to you.
- If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
- Notices to us go to support@renggo.com; we send notices to the email of your account's admins.
- These Terms are written in English. Translations are for convenience; the English version prevails.
