What procurement asks first.
What's the difference between Managed and BYOK?
Managed API: we hold the Gemini key and resell minutes at a margin. BYOK: you supply the key, pay Google directly for inference, and Renggo charges only the orchestration. BYOK is roughly half the per-minute cost.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Free-tier credits don't expire. Paid plans bill on actual minutes used; no hard rollover, but plans are designed so the cap rarely binds.
How does Twilio billing work, exactly?
You connect your own Twilio account. Twilio invoices you for inbound and outbound minutes at Twilio's rates. Renggo never sits in the Twilio bill.
What happens when I exceed my plan minutes?
You don't have a minute cap on paid plans — you keep going at the per-minute rate of your tier. Concurrency is what's capped.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. Annual contracts are available on Business and Enterprise.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes — written into the contract for verified organizations.
Is there a hard cap on minutes?
No. Concurrency is what's capped. You keep going at your tier's per-minute rate.
Where can I review your sub-processors?
On /trust — published before public launch.
What's the SLA?
On Enterprise: 99.9% uptime, region-pinned. On shared plans: best-effort with public status page.
How do I switch from another provider?
Connect your Twilio number, paste your Gemini key, import your prompts. Most teams flip the production line in under a day.
What languages does the agent support?
Whatever Gemini Live supports — same agent, language detected on the first turn.
Can I host on-prem?
Sovereign-cloud and on-prem deployments are negotiated case by case on Enterprise.
